Χρόνια πολλά

For non-greek speakers:

In Greece, the most common phrase in situations like christmas, easter, birthdays etc, is the one said by the judge, χρόνια πολλά (chronia polla), which means literally "many years". As for the words in the bottom frame, they say "When you hear it at the court, it's not for a good reason. And you can't say 'thanks, same to you' ". Now, you get the joke, right?
